SHOP LABOUR RATE$92 per hour is our labour rate. This extremely reasonable rate guarantees honest and reliable workmanship. We effectively use professional software programs to determine labour times and exact specifications required for every customers vehicle.
TIRES Rear tire replacement $90 - $150 (depending on model). Front tire replacement $75 (depending on model). Mount a tire on a wheel you bring in $58 - $70 (depending on tire and wheel size). Tubes, new valve stems and rim strips are replaced when necessary. Prices vary. All of our motorcycle tires are balanced using DYNABEAD technology. We also offer STATIC & DYNAMIC BALANCING. |

- New pistons fitted to bore cylinders (if needed)
STAGE 1 ENGINE REBUILD
- Top End only including:
- Pinion bushing & cam bushing replaced
- Lifter bores & rollers inspected, replaced and or honed & fitted
- Main bearings replaced & lapped to size
- Cam needle bearing replaced
- Cylinders bored & refitted with new pistons
- Oil pump inspected rebuilt or replaced
- Pinion gear sized to cam gear (for noise reduction)
- Crankshaft rebuilt & trued & crankshaft balanced
- Replacement of cam (parts cost only, labour is free)
STAGE 1 (PAN & KNUCKLE ONLY)
- Idler gear & generator gear fitted (additional $120)
STAGE 2 – MILD PERFORMANCE ENGINE UPGRADE
- Include everything in STAGE 1 (minus additional)
- Cam shaft clearance
- Mild porting, high lift valves & springs
- Correctly selected cam shaft
STAGE 3 – MID PERFORMANCE ENGINE UPGRADE
- Includes STAGE 1 & STAGE 2 (minus additional)
- Big bore kit
- Stroker crankshaft
- ENGINE DYNO RUN & TUNED
- Additional parts if required
STAGE 4 – HIGH PERFORMANCE ENGINE UPGRADE
- Street or Drag Strip Engines
- Full head porting
- New ported intake
- New carburetor (S&S or Mukuni)
- High compression pistons
- Aftermarket ignition
- C5 ignition is recommended ( 3 timing curves, VOES switch, adjustable)
- Any aftermarket heads & parts (pricing upon request)
